Domestic UK items

Our items in the UK are generally sent with Royal Mail second class standard post that has an expected delivery time of 2-4 days. We sometimes use other couriers such as Evri, DPD etc for larger heavier items. We can use these couriers at our own discretion if we feel we need to use it as the standard post option. If you need a specific courier please contact us prior to ordering.

Our express items are usually sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a next day guaranteed service. We may use other couriers if it is the best option for the sold item.

If your UK shipping item hasn't arrived after 7 days please contact us so we can follow up on the delivery. We follow our courier policies with regards to lost items. So for example Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 15 days have passed from the expected delivery date. You don't have to wait this long to get in touch with us, we may be able to help you.

Worldwide

Our worldwide postage is sent primarily with Evri international, although we do use Royal Mail and other couriers if they are the best option. We offer an expedited international option as well.

Expected delivery differs greatly depending on the region. We generally expect international orders to be delivered within 10-15 days. It will be slightly shorter within the EU where we expect our items to be delivered within 7-10 days.
